Founded in 1985, VALNOR is an industrial‑scale manufacturer of natural leather, specializing in raw hides, Wet Blue, and fully finished leather for professional and international markets.
With a fully integrated production line, VALNOR controls every critical stage of leather manufacturing in‑house, from hide preparation and chrome tanning to dyeing, pressing, embossing, and surface finishing. This vertically integrated structure enables us to deliver consistent quality, precise technical specifications, and reliable production volumes across all orders.
Operating with a daily tanning capacity of 9 tons, our tannery is structured to serve industrial buyers and leather traders who require long‑term supply stability, uniformity between batches, and predictable performance in downstream manufacturing. Backed by nearly four decades of operational experience, VALNOR produces leather engineered to meet the demands of professional use.
Wet Blue Leather
Wet Blue leather is chrome‑tanned leather at an intermediate stage of processing and is internationally recognized for its thermal stability, uniform fiber structure, and extended storability. Its distinctive blue coloration is the result of chromium (III) compounds chemically bonded within the collagen fiber matrix, a process that significantly enhances strength, flexibility, and resistance to heat and shrinkage.
At VALNOR, Wet Blue leather is produced using controlled drum‑tanning processes to achieve even chrome penetration, consistent thickness, and a clean, stable grain structure. Supplied at standard moisture content suitable for storage and transport, it is widely traded in global markets and offers maximum flexibility for further finishing.
This material serves as a reliable base for footwear, upholstery, automotive applications, and a wide range of industrial leather products where processing stability and predictable performance are essential.
Finished natural Leather
VALNOR’s finished leather is produced through a complete sequence of re‑tanning, dyeing, fatliquoring, drying, pressing, and surface finishing, resulting in leather that is fully prepared for direct industrial use.
By managing each stage internally, we ensure uniform color penetration, stable physical properties, and consistent quality across production batches. Finished leather can be supplied in a wide range of colors, surface textures, embossing patterns, and technical characteristics, precisely matched to customer specifications.
Our finished leather is designed for demanding applications such as footwear uppers, bags, belts, upholstery, and other leather goods where appearance, durability, and production consistency are critical performance factors.
